Version 1.1 · Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on mariusgremaud.com and in the online studio at studio.mariusgremaud.com, what they do, and how you can control them. It applies to every visitor, wherever you live.
mariusgremaud.com and the online studio are run by Marius Gremaud, trading as Gremaud Maître d’équilibre, a sole proprietorship established in Switzerland (“we”, “us”).
This policy completes our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data in general and which rights you have.
2.1 A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser, so that it can recognise your browser on the next page or the next visit. Websites also use similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, or small pieces of code (“tags” or “pixels”) that send information to a measurement service. In this policy, we call all of these “cookies”.
2.2 Some cookies are set by us (“first-party”), others by services we use, such as Google or Meta (“third-party”). Some disappear when you close your browser (“session”), others stay for a set period (“persistent”).
3.1 People visit this site from all over the world, and the rules differ from one country to another. Instead of applying different rules depending on where you are, we apply one high standard to every visitor:
3.2 We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask you again. If you delete your cookies, we will also ask you again.
3.3 If the law of the country where you live gives you more protection than this policy, that protection applies.
These are the same categories as in our cookie banner.

A name ending in * has a variable ending. Durations are maximums: you can delete cookies earlier in your browser. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may also read its own cookies (for example fr) when the Meta Pixel runs; these are covered by Meta’s cookie policy.
To be fully transparent, here is how our measurement tools behave before and after your choice.
6.1 Google. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are only loaded once you accept statistics cookies. Before that, our pages make no request to Google, except for reCAPTCHA on pages with a booking or contact form (see section 5).
6.2 Burst Statistics. Burst runs on our own server. Without your consent, it counts visits without cookies, and the data is not shared with anyone. If you accept statistics, it uses the burst_uid cookie to recognise returning visits.
6.3 Purchases. If you accepted marketing cookies on our website before buying the online course, our server also sends the purchase (order value and a hashed email address) to Meta through its Conversions API, to measure our ads. If you did not accept them, the purchase is not sent to Meta. This does not involve any cookie in your browser and is also described in our Privacy Policy.
The studio at studio.mariusgremaud.com is only open to customers who are logged in. It only uses what it needs to work: the WordPress login cookies listed in section 5, the technical storage used by the comments under the lessons, and the video player. The videos are hosted and streamed by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics in the studio, which is why no cookie banner is shown there.
When you buy the online course, the checkout runs on pages operated by Stripe and Link (Sold through Link, LLC), not on our site. These pages use their own cookies, mainly to process the payment securely and prevent fraud, under the Stripe cookie policy and the Link privacy policy. Our cookie settings do not apply to these pages.
9.1 You can accept or refuse each category here. Your choice applies immediately.
9.2 You can also reopen the cookie banner at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
9.3 Withdrawing your consent stops the cookies from being used from that moment. Cookies already stored remain in your browser until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings.
9.4 Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as logging in to the studio or sending a form, may not work.
9.5 You can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under “Ad preferences”.
Google and Meta may process the data collected by statistics and marketing cookies in Ireland and in the United States, under their own privacy policies (Google, Meta). We only allow this with your consent. More details, including how transfers abroad are protected, are in our Privacy Policy.
We update this policy whenever we add, change or remove a tool. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change requires your consent again, the cookie banner will ask you.
