What cookies are<\/h2>\n<p>2.1 A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser, so that it can recognise your browser on the next page or the next visit. One standard for everyone<\/h2>\n<p>3.1 People visit this site from all over the world, and the rules differ from one country to another. Measurement without cookies<\/h2>\n<p>To be fully transparent, here is how our measurement tools behave before and after your choice.<\/p>\n<p>6.1 <strong>Google.<\/strong> Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are only loaded once you accept statistics cookies. Before that, our pages make no request to Google, except for reCAPTCHA on pages with a booking or contact form (see section 5).<\/p>\n<p>6.2 <strong>Burst Statistics.<\/strong> Burst runs on our own server. Without your consent, it counts visits without cookies, and the data is not shared with anyone. If you accept statistics, it uses the <code>burst_uid<\/code> cookie to recognise returning visits.<\/p>\n<p>6.3 <strong>Purchases.<\/strong> If you accepted marketing cookies on our website before buying the online course, our server also sends the purchase (order value and a hashed email address) to Meta through its Conversions API, to measure our ads. If you did not accept them, the purchase is not sent to Meta. This does not involve any cookie in your browser and is also described in our <a href=\"https:\/\/mariusgremaud.com\/de\/privacy\/\">Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"c7\">7. The online studio<\/h2>\n<p>The studio at studio.mariusgremaud.com is only open to customers who are logged in. It only uses what it needs to work: the WordPress login cookies listed in section 5, the technical storage used by the comments under the lessons, and the video player. The videos are hosted and streamed by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics in the studio, which is why no cookie banner is shown there.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"c8\">8. Payment pages<\/h2>\n<p>When you buy the online course, the checkout runs on pages operated by Stripe and Link (Sold through Link, LLC), not on our site. These pages use their own cookies, mainly to process the payment securely and prevent fraud, under the <a href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/legal\/cookies-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stripe cookie policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/link.com\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Link privacy policy<\/a>. Our cookie settings do not apply to these pages.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"c9\">9. Your choices<\/h2>\n<p>9.1 You can accept or refuse each category here.
